Please update your browser to the newest version for the best support as Atlassian has ended support for several older browser versions, including Internet Explorer 11. Browser version may affect the ability for Nanosoft Consulting customers to log a support ticket and/or experience JIRA issues.
A recent security vulnerability was reported against Atlassian software. The JIRA Cloud software and version used by Nanosoft Consulting as our ticketing system is NOT affected by this vulnerability. The vulnerability is specific to non-cloud versions of confluence, which Nanosoft Consulting does not use. If you’d like more information please visit their website.
